Worried about your hearing?  We’ve got you covered.  We will take care of arranging witnesses and exhibits beforehand, and on your hearing day, you’ll be sitting by our side in our own conference room as we advocate for you.  Our state-of-the-art telephone system is all digital from hardware to network, helping to ensure crystal-clear communications, and allowing us to record the hearing in a secure, off-site location for future use.  Request to review our Agreement for Legal Services for complete terms.

One Fee

To make sure you know exactly what our services will cost, Maxson Firm, PLLC offers all-inclusive pricing to individuals, so you don’t need to have anxiety about things outside your control driving up your fees.  If you're an individual client, we will handle all your unemployment insurance matters at the administrative stage for one low fee; whether your hearing lasts a half-day or four, you have one witness or twelve, you need to file an appeal to the Kentucky Unemployment Insurance Commission or not, it won’t add to your fees.  We do our best to keep our overhead down so that we can offer a lower fee to you.  We also offer a variety of pricing options to meet the needs of our business clients, from just representing your business in an individual case, to having us on retainer to handle all of your contested UI cases when they arise. We accept check, cash, and all major credit cards. Request to review our Agreement for Legal Services for complete terms.
